September Blog Hop

Welcome to another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! This month we have a Sketch Challenge. You can make the complete circuit and see all the gorgeous creations by following the links at the end of each post.

I've used the Translucent Florals Bundle for this sketch:

This was also a colour challenge of sorts. At Stamp Camp, one of the Challenges was to mail a card after the weekend (because we all love happy mail!). We all filled in a form with some of our favourite colours/themes/ embellishments/etc and popped it in the 'Mail Box'. Then everyone received a form belonging to someone else. Mine was from Cheryl and she listed Melon Mambo and Lemon Lime Twist as her favourite colours. This is what I came up with! I also added a little Bubble Bath for softness.

I'm loving the Deckled Rectangles dies at the moment, and also the new Distressed Tile embossing folder. I also popped on a few Iridescent Pearls to finish off the card.

Birthday Florals

Here is my second Translucent Florals card. I added a few more colours on this one - Melon Mambo, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Bubble Bath and Soft Sea Foam. 

I created a floral arrangement and framed it with a Deckled Rectangle. I sparkled it all up with some Wink of Stella and added a few Iridescent Pearls too.

Translucent Florals

I'm playing with the Translucent Florals Bundle this week. It's a gorgeous set in the new Mini Catalogue with soft, delicate images and some lovely words. I've chosen some soft, delicate colours to use with this set - Highland Heather and Soft Sea Foam.  

I used a Deckled Rectangle to frame my images. In the background I used the Distressed Tile Embossing Folder. After embossing, I lightly swiped the raised pattern with my Whisper White inkpad. 

I think I'll make a few more of these in some other colours!

Craft for a Cause

People have always been at the heart of Stampin' Up! Each year we have a Product Giveback Program so they can support organisations in our communities that strive to make a positive difference for those in need.

A Lovely Layout
