Wanted to Say...Happy Birthday!

Here's another card that has no stamping on it at all. It's all Designer Series Paper, dies and Blends. First, I chose a piece of DSP from the Bright & Beautiful pack. I love the rainbow stripes on this piece.

I've used 2 sets of dies on this card - the words are from the Wanted to Say die set. I cut them out in white, both the words themselves and the outline, and then coloured the words in using Blends (in the same rainbow shades as the background paper). I layered them onto 2 of the Nested Essentials dies in Azure Afternoon (new colour!) and Blueberry Bushel (returning colour).

To embellish I used some new wide ribbon and the new Tinsel Gems.

Wanted to Say...Feel Better Soon

Can you believe that there's no stamping on this card at all?! It's all Designer Series Paper, dies and Blends. First, I chose a piece of DSP from the Bright & Beautiful pack. This piece has graduated shades of Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock (2 of my favourite returning colours that I was so happy to see again!).

I've used 2 sets of dies on this card - these were one of the first things on my list when I saw the new Annual Catalogue. The words are from the Wanted to Say die set. I cut them out in white, both the words themselves and the outline, and then coloured the words in using Blends (Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock). I layered them onto 2 of the Nested Essentials dies in the same colours.

To embellish I used some new wide ribbon and the new Tinsel Gems. This was a fun card to make!

Better Days

And here is the third card that I made using the Countryside Inn Suite. These patterned paper sheets are so beautiful, with all those shades of blue. I used 3 different sheets to make this card, and they all work really well together. For some extra detail, I embossed the top piece with the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder (the patterns line up perfectly!). I also cut out an extra flower for the centre and used dimensionals to pop it up. 

The sentiment is from the Lasting Joy stamp set, and I cut it out using the Countryside Corners dies. I also used some Iridescent Pearls for embellishment.

Craft Sale on this Saturday!

Only a few days to go now! I've been super busy packing up and pricing all of my retired items. I think I've gone a little mad with my pricing! Everything is definitely priced to sell, with items from as little as $1. Stamp sets are all only $10! 

Our Annual Craft Sale is happening again on Saturday 27th May. 

There will be LOTS of Craft Bargains, as we all need to seriously de-stash! There will tables full of retired Stampin' Up! stamps, inks, tools, papers and embellishments. 

We are busy cleaning out our cupboards in preparation, and have lots of products in need of a good home. Everything will be priced to sell, so there will be lots of bargains to be had!

Countryside Inn Wishes

Here is the second card that I made using the Countryside Inn Suite. The patterned paper sheets remind me of china plates, with all those shades of blue.

This is a very simple card, but the Countryside Corners stamp set and dies really frame the paper beautifully and step it up a notch. The sentiment is from the Lasting Joy stamp set. I also used some Balmy Blue & White  1/2" (1.3cm) variegated ribbon, and some Iridescent Pearls for embellishment.

Lasting Joy

When I received my copy of the new Annual Catalogue, one of the first Suites on my wishlist was the Countryside Inn Suite. All those shades of blue....be still my heart! On this card I used new In Color Boho Blue for the card base, and stamped in Night of Navy, Boho Blue, Balmy Blue and Crumb Cake.

For this card, I was inspired by the gift bag on page 62.  I used the Countryside Corners dies from the Suite and also the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder. The Lasting Joy stamp set has some beautiful sentiments, and some really pretty flowers to work with them. I also used some Burlap ribbon, and some Iridescent Pearls for embellishment.
