Here is my second Curved Occasions card. You can find this Bundle in the Sept-Dec Mini Catalogue. There are 5 images in the stamp set, so of course I had to make 5 cards! They all have the same layout, and are all on a Crumb Cake card base, but I mixed up the other colours a bit to suit each image. The colours on this one are Lost Lagoon, Daffodil Delight and Pretty Peacock.

I made the background strips using the Curved Label Punch, and popped on some Iridescent Rhinestones for embellishment.

Curved Happy Birthday

I've been playing with the Curved Occasions Bundle in the Sept-Dec Mini Catalogue. There are 5 images in the stamp set, so of course I had to make 5 cards! They all have the same layout, and are all on a Crumb Cake card base, but I mixed up the other colours a bit to suit each image. The colours on this one are Petal Pink, Moody Mauve and Lost Lagoon.

I made the background strips using the Curved Label Punch, and popped on some Iridescent Rhinestones for embellishment.

It's a Science Card set

And here is my set of three It's a Science cards using the Stargazing Designer Series Paper. I started with Sam's ShoeBox card, and took my inspiration from there.

And here's my final It's a Science card. I've had so much fun with this set!

I added liquids to the flasks and test tube using Stampin' Blends in Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Pumpkin Pie. In the background I used a mixture of Stargazing Designer Series Paper and the Cheery Patterns embossing folders.

You're Like a Proton

Here is my second It's a Science card. I think this sentiment was written for my husband. He is one of the most positive people I know!

I coloured the microscope image using Stampin' Blends. On the Stylish Shapes Circle I stamped the atom image in Berry Burst, Pumpkin Pie, Tahitian Tide and Lemon Lime Twist. In the background are 3 panels of the Stargazing Designer Series Paper, which I think works really well with this set.

Let's Cell-ebrate

One of the best things about making ShoeBox Cards at Stamp Camp is having a chance to play with stamp sets that you don't own. In this case, for Sam's ShoeBox we used the It's a Science stamp set. So much fun!

We added liquids to the beakers, flasks and test tubes using Stampin' Blends in Berry Burst, Daffodil Delight, Tahitian Tide and Lemon Lime Twist. In the background we used a mixture of Stargazing Designer Series Paper and embossing folders to make this pattern.

Quiet Meadow Card Set

Orchid Oasis Meadow

Here is my third card that I made using Cheryl's background technique. To make this background just dab an inkpad or scribble a marker on a large block and spritz it with water. Next, dab your Basic White cardstock over the top to transfer the colour. The result is a soft watercoloured background. 

For this card, I used the Meadow dies to cut out these flowers from my watercoloured background paper. I also used one of the lovely sentiments from the Quiet Meadow stamp set on this card, and the spatter background stamp. I also used the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folders to add some texture to the background.
