And here's my third Festive & Fun Christmas card. I used the Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper again (from the Mini Catalogue). I'm loving all the fun patterns and bright colours in this paper, and I especially love that lots of the patterns work for other occasions, not just Christmas. Bright, Festive & Fun

Once I'd made my Blog Hop card, of course I had to make a couple more cards, using the other stamps in the Festive & Fun stamp set. I think this giraffe is my favourite. I coloured him using Blends.

I'm also loving the new Christmas Tidings Embossing Folder in the Mini Catalogue. I chose our Christmassy-est green, Shaded Spruce for the background. These handy little sentiments are from the Merry & Bright stamp set.

This was a fun card to make!

November Blog Hop

I've used the Festive & Fun stamp set for this sketch:

This was such a fun image to colour. I used my Blends, and chose the bright colour palette in the Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper in the Mini Catalogue. I also used a couple of pieces of the paper to frame my image. The sentiment was too long so I stamped it twice, in Real Red and Black, and chopped it up. I also angled the words, which I think works well with the 'fun' feel of this card.

Little Dreamers Card Set

Here is my set of Little Dreamers baby cards, inspired by Kathy's ShoeBox Swap. I also used the Sketched Plaid Background Stamp. 

Now I just need some friends or family to pop out a baby...any volunteers? Ha ha

What is a Shoebox Swap, I hear you ask? All the ingredients for making a card are included in each box, including pre-cut cardstock. It's great to be able to sit down and make 10 cards without having to think/plan/design.

Little Dreamer Calf

And here is my Bubble Bath version, using the Little Dreamers stamp set. This time, I used the sleepy little calf (so cute!).

I think the vellum circle adds a lovely soft touch, as does the sponging on the Sketched Plaid piece. I also dotted a few sequins around for a bit of sparkle.
