Playing in the Rain Turtle

Today I have another Rain or Shine card to share. This cute slightly-sheepish looking turtle was lots of fun to colour with Blends. I used the Rain or Shine specialty Designer Series Paper as a background. This paper has eye-catching glossy accents.
