Success!

I had my New Catalogue Launch last Thursday night. It was such a fun night. I had 20 guests and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
They got to make 3 mini square cards, and this is one of them (I've mounted mine onto More Mustard A5 cardstock). They had to "kiss" their buckaroo blue elephant (kissing elephants...what fun!) onto the gorgeous Paisley stamp, use markers to colour the bird and flower, also from "Wild About You", mount it onto True Thyme and then Buckaroo Blue, and use the mat pack and paper piercer and then the white gel pen to make some faux stitching on a strip of Bravo Burgundy cardstock.

Other Success

I'm feeling pretty computer-savvy, having made myself a new banner, incorporated smilies and designed myself a watermark. But in actual fact, all I did was Google searches, and followed other people's directions, which I'd like to credit here.

I couldn't find an easy way to download smilies using Internet Explorer, so I followed these instructions using FireFox

Making a Watermark
