It's an Accordian Book, made using the Stampin' Up! Accordian Book kit...so easy!! I'd never made one before and it was heaps of fun. Here's the cover and the first page. I'll put the other pages up over the next couple of days. 
This is a fabulous book Marelle. Outstanding work.
