January Blog Hop

Welcome to another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! This month we have a Sketch Challenge. You can make the complete circuit and see all the gorgeous creations by following the links at the end of each post.

I decided on the Sale-a-Bration Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper for this sketch. 

 

I used the new Kind & Sincere stamp set as my focal sentiment. I love the many different combinations of greetings you can achieve with this set. There is no other stamping on this card - all the different patterns are achieved with this beautiful new Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper. I'm glad it's free during Sale-a-Bration, because I think I'll be going through quite a few packs! 

I used the Stitched Rectangle dies to cut out the main panel, to give it some extra detail, and I've embellished with some Champagne Rhinestones.

More Favored Flowers

And here is my second card that I made using the new Sale-a-Bration Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper. I love this paper but I wish the name was spelt correctly! I cut out some of the flowers this time, so that I could place them behind my sentiment.

The sentiment is from the Kind and Sincere stamp set in the new January- April Mini Catalogue. I cut it out using the Stitched Rectangles Dies, making it longer to fit the word 'Congratulations'. I also die-cut some flowers and stems using the Dainty Delight dies, in the Mini Catalogue (page 55), and sponged them with ink using Blending Brushes. I've embellished using some Elegant Faceted Gems.

Favored Flowers

This week I'll be sharing some cards that I've made using the new Sale-a-Bration Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper. As soon as I opened this pack, I ooh-ed and ahh-ed over the elegant patterns and deep, rich colours. 

I've chosen purples for this card - Blackberry Bliss and Fresh Freesia. The greens are Mossy Meadow and Evening Evergreen. I even stamped the sentiment on the DSP. It's from the Kind and Sincere stamp set in the new January- April Mini Catalogue. I cut it out using the Stitched Rectangles Dies, and I've embellished using Iridescent Rhinestones.

And here is my third Adorable Owls card. This was the first stamp set I inked up from the Sale-a-Bration brochure, and I think I'll be using it a lot over the next couple of months!

This little Birthday Owl is so cute. I CaSEd the piggy card on page 15 of the Sale-a-Bration brochure for this card. I also used another Sale-a-Bration item on this card - the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper. There are so many pretty colours and patterns in this pack. I coloured the owl with Blends, and the twine too, and attached it with a Glue Dot.

There are so many pretty colours and patterns in this pack. I've used 3 of the blue and green patterns on this card. I coloured the owl with Blends, and paper-pieced his bow tie so that it's checkered too! I added a Crumb Cake twine bow, attached with a Glue Dot.
