July Blog Hop

Welcome to another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! I haven't managed to play along for the last couple of hops, but I'm so happy to be able to join in again. This month we have a Sketch Challenge. You can make the complete circuit and see all the lovely creations by following the links at the end of each post.

Here is my take on the sketch:


I used this sketch as a chance to break out an un-inked stamp set. The Seascape stamp set has some really sweet fishy images and words. I've taken my colour combination from a somewhat unlikely source - the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper, which I've used for the strips on my card. The colours I've used are Pool Party, Mint Macaron, Pale Papaya and Daffodil Delight.

I cut out my images and placed them around the stamped coral. I used some Clear Epoxy Essentials as 'bubbles' on this card, and a touch of shimmer to the fish using Wink of Stella .
