I must admit that Cajun Craze is not one of my favourite colours. I don't tend to use earthy tones very often, and I only seem to pull out Cajun Craze when I'm stamping autumn leaves! It's quite a strong colour, so here I balanced it out with lots of Very Vanilla and Mint Macaron.
Here are a few pointers for making this card:
- Even though I kept the background plain, I added texture with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder
- The die cut leaves are from the Forever Flourishing Dies (partners to the Forever Fern stamp set)
- The sentiment is from the Positive Thoughts stamp set
- I added a touch of gold with a few gold glitter enamel dots, and some gold cord from the Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack
- The Mint Macaron and Gold Designer Series Paper is from the Gilded Autumn Specialty Pack
