Bird Ballad Birthday

I made some of these Bird Ballad birthday cards for some special birthdays recently. I used my favourite new In Color, Seaside Spray. It's the prettiest grey-blue shade, just perfect for this row of birdies. I coloured the image using Blends, and cut it out using the Stitched Nested Labels. I used another smaller nested Crumb Cake label to frame it. I popped a bit of Silver Thread behind it for a bit of sparkle.
The background piece has had some texture added to it, courtesy of the Layered Leaves 3D embossing folder (Note that all Carryover 3D Embossing Folders (pages 198-199) are temporarily unavailable to order. Those marked with an "N" (new) are available).
The sentiment is from Varied Vases. I pull this one out a lot - it is a lovely font and size.
