October Blog Hop

Welcome to another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! This month we have a Colour Challenge! We had to use Sweet Sorbet, Old Olive and Blushing Bride. You can make the complete circuit and see all the lovely creations by following the links at the end of each post.

I decided this would be the perfect colour combination to use to use one of my favourite flower stamp sets:

I've used the Hues of Happiness DSP so much, and the sentiments from Happiness Abounds, but haven't really coloured many of the flower stamps yet. So I decided this Colour Challenge would be the perfect opportunity. I coloured the flowers using an Aquapainter and ink, to get a watercolour look.

I've used the same layout on all my cards this week. I simply embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Painted Posies 3D Embossing Folder and cut it into thirds. This provides a great base to pop my flowers on. You can see everything else I used to make this card listed below.
