Welcome to another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! You can make the complete circuit and see all the lovely creations by following the links at the end of each post.

For July our brief was to use products from the new Mini Catalogue. With so many lovely products in this catalogue to choose from, the hardest part was choosing which ones to focus on! Here's what I made:

I'm loving the Splendid Day Suite at the moment. The delicate stamped and die-cut designs and soft colours in the Designer Series Paper make such elegant cards. The papers also have gorgeous metallic patterns on one side too.

For this card, I decided to use the Fresh Freesia paper in the background. I stamped some of the leaves in Soft Sea Foam, and cut out some of the dies in Fresh Freesia and Rich Razzleberry.

For my sentiment, I stamped it on a 1" strip of Basic White and punched each corner with the new Very Best Trio Punch. By varying the width of your cardstock, you can get different looks with this punch. To make the perfect frame, I used a 1.5" strip of Rich Razzleberry. 

I think the Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding Ribbon adds the perfect delicate touch to this card. I also popped on a few Iridescent Rhinestones for some sparkle.

Splendid Day

This week I've been playing with the Splendid Day Suite. The colours and patterns in this Suite are such fun to mix and match. I've partially CaSEd this card from the new Mini Catalogue, but changed quite a bit of the design. 

For this card I used Petal Pink, Calypso Coral, Basic White and Copper as my colour scheme. I used lots of different die-cut leaves from the Splendid Stems Dies. I also popped on an Open Leaf trinket and some Iridescent Rhinestones.

Wonderful World Card Set

So here is my set of 3 Wonderful World cards. I think I'm going to need another pack of this Designer Series Paper. It's just so pretty. I'm sure I can find $180 worth of Stampin' Up! goodies that I need!! 

 I can't decide which one I like best....how about you?

Wonderful World in Pinks

And here is my third creation with the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.  Here I used this beautiful soft pink pattern in the background. I cut out a circle frame using the Stylish Shapes stitched circle die and popped my large flower (also cut out from the paper) on Dimensionals so that it stands out nicely.

For the sentiment, I used one of the stamps from Celebrating You. Some Whisper White Seam Binding Ribbon and a few Iridescent Pearls are the perfect finishing touches.

Wonderful World in Greens

This is my second creation with the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.  Here I used 2 co-ordinating green patterns in the background. I stuck them to a piece of Basic white cardstock and cut out a circular frame using the Stylish Shapes stitched circle die. Then I popped this piece up using Dimensionals so that my large flower could pop out from behind it. 

For the sentiment, I used one of the stamps from Celebrating You. Some Whisper White Seam Binding Ribbon and a few Iridescent Pearls are the perfect finishing touches. I tinted the pearls pink using a Flirty Flamingo Blend.

Wonderful World in Purples

I know the Wonderful World Stamp Set and Designer Series Paper are going to be a very popular Sale-a-Bration choice. The soft pastel colour palette and floral designs are just stunning.

I haven't even used the stamps on this week's creations - I've focused solely on the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper. Here I used 2 patterns in the background, and snipped one of the large flowers as a centrepiece. The Stylish Shapes stitched circle makes the perfect frame for it. 

For the sentiment, I used one of the stamps from Celebrating You (I use this handy sentiment set a lot!). Some Whisper White Seam Binding Ribbon and a few Iridescent Pearls are the perfect finishing touches.

Hippo Bathtime

Now that the July-December Mini and Sale-a-Bration Catalogues are Live, you'll be seeing lots of (hopefully inspirational!) creations from me. 

For starters, here is the third Hippest Hippos card in my set of 3. This little guy is splashing in the tub, wearing his mask and snorkel... too cute! I used the co-ordinating Hippo Dies again.  I stamped the grass on the Hues of Happiness DSP to get some variation in tone. I also used Smoky Slate Blends on the tub, to add some shading to make it more realistic. I even cut the water droplets from the DSP. This way, it matches perfectly with the paper in the background.

I CaSEd this card from page 5 of the Sale-a-Bration brochure.
