Floating By

As promised, I have another cute otter card to share with you today. The Awesome Otters stamp set is one of the free Sale-a-Bration offerings. I love how this little guy is just floating around, hugging his fish. 

I've coloured him with Blends and cut him out. I then stamped him again on some white cardstock, and coloured just the water around him, and popped the cut-out otter over the top using Dimensionals. I framed him in a circle frame, cut using the Layering Circles Dies from the Pattern Party DSP. I used White embossing powder for my sentiment, on black cardstock. I also added a twine bow and a few Clear Epoxy droplets in the 'water'.
