This week is a sketch challenge, and this is the sketch we had to work with:
Those 2 circles had me a bit stumped, until I had the thought of making them dragonflies. I've used the Soft Spring stamp set. This one is a Rewards set, which can be earned for orders over $250. It's a really pretty set, with a soft watercolour look.
I've used Designer Series Paper from the Woven Threads pack, and taken my colour scheme from there - Purple Posy, Pretty Peacock and Crumb Cake.
Here are a few pointers about this card:
- I used the Ice Stampin' Glitter on the flowers and dragonfly wings
- The Burlap ribbon adds a rustic touch
- The sentiment is from the Seasonal Wreaths stamp set
