CCMC504 Beautiful Day

It's Thursday, and that means it's Challenge time again over at www.createwithconnieandmary.com.
This week is a sketch challenge, and this is the sketch we had to work with:

I've been enjoying using the Beautiful Day stamp set. I'm even using it for my swaps for our Stampin' Up! event this weekend! It's a great set to colour, which is what I decided to do here. I used my inkpads and Blender Pens to colour the image (after I gold embossed it on Whisper White cardstock). The colours I've used are Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo, Calypso Coral and Powder Pink.
I've used the Quilt Top embossing folder for my panels. Embossing Folders are a great way to add interest to a background when you don't want to add more pattern.
