Beautiful Day with Brusho

It's Technique Class week this week and we are playing with Brusho! This is one of the cards we are making.

Brusho Crystal Colour are watercolor ink crystals that burst with vibrant color when mixed with water. When you use these magic pots of colour, it’s not recommended to open the lids. Instead, pierce the top with a paper piercer and use a push pin to keep it sealed. To create this flower on my card, I embossed the image first, to create a resist effect. I used Watercolour Paper, as that will absorb water best, but you can also use Thick Whisper White or Shimmery cardstock. You can create different effects by painting/spritzing with water first and then sprinkling powder, or by sprinkling the powder first and then spritzing. Part of the magic is that it will turn out differently every time!
