CCMC474 Bumblebee Dreams

It's Thursday, and that means it's Challenge time again over at www.createwithconnieandmary.com.
This week is a sketch challenge, and this is the sketch we had to work with:

I had fun with this sketch, and kept it pretty simple with my colour combo - black and white with a pop of colour. Here are a few details about this card:

• My pop of colour is Crushed Curry. It's so striking with black and white. Plus, it's the perfect colour for bees
• How cute are these furry little bee friends? They are from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set. I stamped them in black ink and used a Crushed Curry marker to colour in their bodies.
• The semi-circular piece of designer Series Paper is from the Holiday Catalogue. It's part of the Merry Little Christmas pack. As you can see, not just for Christmas!
• I stamped the sentiment (also from Dragonfly Dreams) in Versamark ink, and embossed it with white embossing powder.
