I just lightly sponged the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint on using a sponge dauber. To get this effect, just shake up the paint and then dip the dauber into the lid where there's a small pool of paint. Use a really light touch to apply it just to the raised areas of the embossing. This works best on folders with a large amount of raised area, like the Petals-a-Plenty folder I used here:
