I've shown you a pic of the card closed and then open. We also used some Direct-to-Paper and Direct-to-Rubber techniques with the inkpads.
Ingredients:
Bashful Blue cardstock and ink
Close to Cocoa cardstock and ink
Creamy Caramel cardstock and ink
Whisper White Cardstock
Looks like Spring Stamp set
Bouquet punch
Slit Punch
