The Tag Topper Punch is definitely not just for tags. It makes really cute little treat holders too. This little box is filled with Hershey Kisses, and was a gift for a recent Workshop Hostess. It is made simply by punching a 5cm strip of cardstock at both ends, folding at intervals, and wrapping in Patterned Paper.
I've used one of the prettiest papers in the Catalogue (in my humble opinion, anyway) Venetian Romance.
