Cute as a Bug Thanks

This week I'll be sharing some projects that I've made using the Cute as a Bug Suite. You can find it on pages 42-43 of the new Mini Catalogue. I couldn't resist the cute images in this set.

For this card, I've cut out some mushrooms and a little beetle from the Designer Series Paper. In the background I used the new All in a Row Embossing Folder, and lightly swiped it with white ink. I also used some Online Exclusive products - the Banner Sayings Bundle and the Moody Palette Glossy Dots.

Hobby Haven Card Set

The Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper in the November 2025 Online Exclusives caught my eye as soon as I saw it. If you have a hobby, chances are it features in these designs - there's reading, gardening, sewing, baking, and more! 

For this set of cards, I have chosen reading, sewing and plant collecting. These were lots of fun to put together, and the sheets of handy die-cuts made it so quick and easy. I used a Branching Out die to layer them on, and a few Neutral Matte Dots to embellish the cards.

Sew Much Fun!

The Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper in the November 2025 Online Exclusives caught my eye as soon as I saw it. If you have a hobby, chances are it features in these designs - there's reading, gardening, sewing, baking, and more! 

One hobby that I don't have is sewing. I wish I was skilled enough to whip up some clothes, curtains or even just take up a hem, but I don't even own a sewng machine! I have done some embroidery, tapestry and cross-stitch in my time though. Nowadays I prefer cardmaking - it requires much less patience!

It was fun to make a sewing-themed card. I do have plenty of friends who are skilled at sewing, so this might come in handy! The Hobby Haven DSP contains a bunch of handy die-cuts to work with the different patterns. For this card, I chose a few sewing tools. I used a Branching Out die to layer them on, and a few Neutral Matte Dots to embellish the card.

Crazy Plant Lady

Somewhere along the line, I turned in to a crazy plant lady. I started with one or two and now I have at least that many in every room! And I am proud to say, they are all thriving.

So Many Books, so Little Time!

I am most definitely a reader. I always have at least one book on the go, and start to get twitchy if my next book isn't lined up. I read most genres but my favourites are Dystopian and Crime. 

It was fun to make a card for a fellow reader. The Hobby Haven DSP contains a bunch of handy die-cuts to work with the different patterns. For this card, I chose a stack of books, a lamp and a cuppa. I used a Branching Out die to layer them on, and a few Neutral Matte Dots to embellish the card.
