Toadstool Gardens

I have a Sneak Peak for you today, using some products from 2 new publications that go live TOMORROW!

When I have a bunch of new products to play with (yay!!), I usually turn to the Designer Series Paper first. The problem (well, it's not really a problem!) I have at this time of year, is that I have so many new papers...which one to choose?? So this week, I decided to make some cards using all 3 of the new Sale-a-Bration papers. I cut a bunch of 1.5cm strips from all 3 packs, and just played around with arranging them on Basic White cardstock. 

This is Toadstool Gardens, found on page 8 of the Sale-a-Bration Brochure. Such gorgeous summery colours! I cut my strips at 8cm and staggered the pattern. In the background, I gave my cardstock some texture using the new Soft Waves 3D embossing folder, found in the new Mini. This lovely sentiment is also from the Mini. It's called With You in Mind, and you'll be seeing a lot more of it! I finished the card off with a few Iridescent Faceted Gems - one of my go-to embellishments.
