Autumn Leaf

I recently returned from hosting my annual team Stamp Camp. It was a wonderful weekend with 30 wonderful ladies. We crafted our little hearts out and had such fun times and lots of laughter. 

It's absolute bliss not to have to cook or clean for a whole weekend. We always have some ShoeBox cards to get us in the crafty mood. This was one of my contributions.

I turned one of the Leaf Labels into a realistic-looking autumn leaf by folding, scrunching and sponging ink onto it. I used Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie.

The Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder is the perfect background for this card, and I used a piece of Linen Thread for embellishment, along with some Amber Gems (I used one to cover the hole in the Leaf Label.

What is a Shoebox Swap, I hear you ask? All the ingredients for making a card are included in each box, including pre-cut cardstock. It's great to be able to sit down and make 10 cards without having to think/plan/design.
