Birthday Balloon Mouse

I just had to use this little balloon mousie for some recent Team Birthdays. He's just so cute, hanging on to his big balloon.

I stamped him on a stitched scalloped rectangle and coloured him with Blends. I stamped the balloon on patterned paper and cut it out. You can see everything else I've used listed below.
