This week is a sketch challenge, and this is the sketch we had to work with:
How adorable is this little bunny from the Fable Friends stamp set from page 30 of the Occasions Catalogue? I've made my card for Easter, but this would also make a sweet welcome baby card.
My colour combination is Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist and Sahara Sand. I coloured the image with a Blender Pen and ink. I cut him out and popped him up on dimensionals. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I simply cut it out with my Trimmer and took a 'bite' out of each corner with the 1/4" Circle Punch.
The Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper works so well with this set. I used it on my ducky card recently and I couldn't resist using it again. I also added some Braided Linen Twine for some texture and a touch of rustic charm. I popped on a few Gingham Gala adhesive sequins. I ran the Pool Party layer through the Big Shot with the Subtle embossing folder, and of course used the Stitched Shapes framelits for my oval.
