Wood Crate Thank you Gift

These were the thank you gifts I gave out at my Open House Catalogue Launch. They were quick and easy to make using the Wood Crate framelits and co-ordinating stamp set (available as a bundle). I made them in all 5 new In Colors. Lemon Lime Twist proved to be the favourite on the day.

The Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack makes these crates look so realistic. You can get 1 crate out of a 6"x6" sheet. You need to cut 2 pieces to make the crate. The second piece will be missing a small part of the bottom, but when you layer them together, you can't tell. I also added a layer of cardstock to the base for more stability.

The gusseted Cellophane bags are the perfect size to fill with a few yummy treats. Add a tag and a couple of embellishments and you are done!
