Happy Birthday Shannon

A very special lady celebrated her birthday a couple of weeks ago, and this is the card I made for her. The lovely Shannon West invented the #imbringingbirthdaysback movement and has been sending literally thousands of birthday cards all over the world, so it is only fitting that she receive lots of beautiful handmade cards in return.
I've gone with Pool Party, Flirty Flamingo, Black and White for my colour combination, and I've used the new Confetti Celebration stamp set.
