Lace Tape Technique

Last week's Technique Class was "Tape Tricks" using Lace Tape and Washi Tape.
Here's the card we made using the Lace Tape, inspired by a gorgeous swap I received from my equally gorgeous friend Michele. I was so excited to meet up with Michele on my recent trip to the US. We'd been online friends for years, and it was such a buzz to meet in of the highlights of my trip, for sure!

We used the Lace Tape as a stencil, and sponged the delicate pattern on to the card with Crumb Cake ink. I've taken the colours for this card from the Birthday Basics DSP.
Not much stamping on here, but I did use the pretty frame stamp from Morning Post Numbers (in the Holiday Catalogue) that matches the Deco Label Framelits.
If you look closely, you might be able to spot the pretty matching envelope - we dressed up a plain vanilla envelope using the new Envelope Liner framelit (also in the Holiday Catalogue)
