Keep Guessing!

I just wanted to pop in here and say that I'll be announcing my winner later on tonight, but so far NO ONE has got all 3 parts right! Feel free to have another stab at it, otherwise I'll do 3 separate prizes, one for the first person to get each question right!

  1. Hi Marelle

I'll have a go (but I don't want to go into the drawing thanks)

Ribbon - White tafetta dyed with Regal Rose Reinker

I think that you've stamped in Black StazOn on watercolour paper and coloured with reinkers & aquabrush

Cardstock: W/White, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, Certainly Celery, Basic Black, watercolour paper

    Thanks - this was fun

  2. OK, maybe I should have had my glasses on. I thought the focal image was watercolour paper that had been covered in dazzling diamonds, but now that I've read all the other guesses, maybe it is Brushed Silver. In that case, maybe you've used WWC & a blender pen to colour the image. I'm not sure that SU markers would 'stay' without smudging on the silver. And on having a closer look, I think maybe what I thought was W/White cardstock is actually W/White ink around the edge of the PIP card.

Looking forward finding out exactly what you did use now, LOL!

  3. Ribbon: White grosgrain dyed Regal Rose with reinker

Ink: I think you have stamped the background flower in versamark for a "watermark" look then sponged with regal rose , and you've embossed the main flower image with black EP. You then coloured with a blender pen and regal rose and pretty in pink ink, with certainly celery for the leaves/stems. I think you may have marked the image and brayered over with silver craft ink. (wild guess there, but I don't think anyone else has suggested it yet).

Cardstock: Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink, glossy white, basic black, certainly celery.

  5. Hi Marelle,

    I'll try again!
Ribbon - white grosgrain dyed with a reinker of rose red

what you used to stamp the flower I still think staz on, aquapainter, watercolour crayons white for base image and rose red and always antichoke for leaves,

cardstock rose red, river rock, whisper white sponged, basic black, silver metalic pack,

I can't wait to find out the answer.

    regards

  6. Hi Marelle,

After Looking at your card I have decided on the following:

The ribbon was a Whisper white grosgain and either coloured with regal rose marker or brayed with regal rose inkpad or soaked with regal rose reinker & water.

The stamp set used was called Natural Beauty found on page 84 of catalogue. It was stamped with jet black stazon inkpad and the flowers were coloured with either pretty in pink, regal rose & red rose, the outline of the flowers looks like going grey and the leaves of the flowers in certainly celery using ink with aquapainter or ink with blender pens.

Cardstock used was whisper white or watercolour paper, certainly celery and regal rose and rose red and maybe basic black.

    Thanks

  7. Wow Marelle - this is worse than someone hiding the last piece of a jigsaw! Thanks for the challenge.

Ribbon -Twill tape dyed with Regal Rose reinker
To stamp and colour the flowers -you used Black Stazon on watercolour paper and coloured with aquapainters regal rose and pretty in pink on the fowers and Certainly Celery for the leaves, you also used Going Gray to shade around the whole flower image.Flowers were also versamarked on the Pixie Pink cardstock and this was also sponged arond the edge with Pixie Pink and then edged with Encore Siver.
    Cardstock -Rose Red, Pixie Pink,Certainly Celery,Basic Black,Brushed Silver,Watercolour Paper
    Hope this is getting closer!

Looking forward to seeing the solution.
    Louise
