Sweet Christmas Pudding

Today I have a Christmas card to show you! This one comes courtesy of Paula's Stamp Camp ShoeBox card. I love how fun and modern this card is. I would never have thought of using this black and white gingham for Christmas, but paired with Cherry Cobbler, it really works! 

The cute pudding from the Sweets & Treats stamp set makes the perfect Christmas centrepice for this card. I love the touches of gold too, to add a bit of glam.

Evergreen Plants

I thought it was about time that I showed you one of MY ShoeBox Designs from our Virtual Stamp Camp. I wanted to come up with a design that didn't require a lot of stamping, so that it didn't matter if everyone didn't own the required stamp set. So I chose the Bloom Where You're Planted Designer Series Paper. I paired it with some Paper Lattice and the Macrame Embossing Folder. I love using Evening Evergreen as a background colour. The deep tone really makes the other elements 'pop'.

Encircled in Beauty

This gorgeous ShoeBox card was provided by Elizabeth Yager. It's a simple design that really lets those intricate dies and beautiful Designer Series Paper shine. I didn't have the Encircled in Friendship stamp set that Elizabeth used, so I substituted the Shaded Summer stamp set. I think it works quite well!

Pierced Blooms

I have another Stamp Camp ShoeBox card to show you today. This one was provided for us by Priscilla Gunton. It was fun seeing everyone's variations - there were 3 different colour combinations - blue, orange and purple, and we could all stamp our own greeting of choice. 

It was my first play with the Pierced Blooms Dies, and now I'm very tempted to buy them!! Thanks Priscilla!

Pansy Petals Pocket Card

I made these pocket cards to hold the Thank you vouchers for my Stamp Camp helpers. I used Patty Bennett's concept from HERE, but tweaked the sizing a little for our standard card size. 

I used all the different patterns in the Pansy Petals pack, and cut out the pansies and leaves for the front from there too.

These are perfect for holding a gift voucher or a little note  or invitation. I think I'll be making more of these!
