Warm Eskimo Wishes

I had lots of fun making this card...How cute are these Eskimo kiddoes? I even gave them an igloo to snuggle up in.
I used a marker to ink up just the "warm wishes" part of my sentiment, omitting "and mistletoe kisses", so that this card can be used for any occasion.
The background is Fancy Frost DSP. I've just run my sponge brayer over it, in soft sky ink to accentuate the raised pattern.

Wonderful Presents and Pinecones

One of my favourite things about using Designer Series Paper is when it inspires me to use different colour combinations. I wouldn't have thought to use Delightful Dijon on Christmas cards, but I love the way it looks on the Presents and Pinecones Designer Series Paper. It is paired with Real Red and Emerald Envy (and a touch of Mint Macaron).
My sentiment is all sparkly, thanks to the Real Red Glitter Embossing Powder. My little bells are cut straight out of the designer series paper.

My 4 Favourite Christmas Products

I think the 4 products I have used most from the Christmas Catalogue are featured on these cards - The Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamps, Cookie Cutter Punch, Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper and Tin of Tags stamp set - endless possibilities, and they all work so well together....and they are pretty cute too! We are making these in my Stamp-a-Stack classes this week.

Seasonal Bells

It's Christmas Stamp-a-Stack week this week! I've been running these classes since July and I can hardly believe that this is our second-last month. The calendar tells me that it will be November next week, but it hardly seems possible. We are going on a 3-day cruise to celebrate my Mother-in-Law's 80th Birthday this weekend, then next week I head up to Brisbane for Stampin' Up!s OnStage event, back in time for my hubby's birthday, to then host my Mother-in-Law's 80th Party, then it's classes and team meetings, Jacob's 16th birthday, my team Christmas Party and then full-speed into Christmas. Phew!!
I love Navy, White and Silver for Christmas, and I think it works well for these beautiful bells. If youre panicking about getting your Christmas cards made, these designs would be very easy to replicate. There's no wastage either - one card uses the oval cut-out and the other uses the oval itself. The silver bows are attached with a mini glue dot.

Sweet Strawberries

I have another Easy D-S-Peasy card to show you today. I'm not one of those people who hoard their DSP...I actually love chopping into it and giving it a purpose, rather than having it gather dust on my shelves.
How sweet are these strawberries? To make this card, I attached the stripy pattern to the strawberry pattern and then punched a circle out of the right hand side. That created the perfect spot for my sentiment. I raised my panel using dimensionals to accentuate the effect.
A piece of Cucumber Crush Baker's Twine and a fussy-cut teeny strawberry finish it off nicely :)
