It's school holidays here at the moment. Even though Amy finished highschool last year, things don't feel much different. She has successfully completed the first stage of her degree - a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. She's on a break before she begins her 1 year Diploma course. Jacob's halfway through Year 10, and he's looking taller every day...and I'm not just imagining it. I dared to measure him the other day and he's hit 6'1". I keep telling him to stop now!
For me, the school holidays is a chance to catch up on some shelved projects and do some "just because" stamping. I bought a plain mdf tissue box from Bunnings a little while ago (ahem....OK a LONG while ago) and I've been waiting for just the right Designer Series Paper to come along to decorate it with. Enter Floral Boutique:
I'm a little bit in love with this DSP...on my first look through the catalogue I actually gasped out loud when I turned to page 76!
I've used a few different patterns on my tissue box (cos I love them all!) and used Multipurpose glue to adhere it. Now I'm looking at all the other ugly tissue boxes in my house and thinking of giving them a makeover too!
