I've even found some time to stamp, and today I'm hoping to find some time to take and edit photographs, so I have some new cards to show you. Until then, you'll have to put up with another Stamp-a-Stack design. This was September's Class Design:
Party This Way is a very versatile set to make cards for all ages, and it's the only set I've used on these cards (isn't that the sign of a set that has it all?). I've used colours from the Brights family (which now that it has been renovated, I find I'm using all the time!) paired with 2 neutrals - Crumb Cake and Chocolate Chip. The only part that took any time at all was tying the knots in the ribbon.
I'm hoping to get back to posting more regularly next week, and then the week after that is the Incentive Trip to Hamilton Island, and I'll be blogging while I'm there too :o)
Materials (all Stampin' Up!)
stamps: Party This Way
ink: Real Red, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Chocolate Chip
card: Real Red, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Whisper White, Crumb Cake
other: Scallop Oval Punch, Word Window Punch, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon, Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon, Chocolate Chip Marker
Of course I missed you!!! I'm also really glad you've been chillin' out with the kids and watching Glee! Love that show! lolReplyDelete
Love your SAS cards Marelle! I have that set on my wishlist - might even get it this month!
I agree about using the brights more now! I hardly used Bold Brights apart from Real Red and Tempting Turquoise so I am much happier with the new collections. :-)ReplyDelete
What a fun and quick grouping of cards for your SAS! Love the bright colors!ReplyDelete
