April Blog Hop

Welcome to another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! This month we have a Sketch Challenge. You can make the complete circuit and see all the gorgeous creations by following the links at the end of each post.

I decided on the Ready to Ride Suite for this sketch.

I used the very cool new Legendary Ride dies set as my focus for this card. It was lots of fun constructing my motorbike - no mechanical qualifications required! I used Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie and some silver kitchen foil (glued to black cardstock). The kitchen foil is nice and shiny for a true 'chrome' look.

In the background, and also for the circle elements, I used the Ready to Ride Designer Series Paper. For one of the circles, I used more kitchen foil, and embossed with the Metal Plate 3D embossing folder.

I just wanted a plain narrow 'Happy Birthday' to work with the sketch, so I used the one from the Something Fancy stamp set. I've listed everything else I used below.

Well, that’s all from me. Click on the button below to move to the next stop:
